We advise our clients on all legal and taxation aspects of national and international company acquisitions and mergers. We support our clients with questions of structuring during the preliminary stages of the transaction, with carrying out the due diligence review and the ensuing contract negotiations. In cases of cross-border transactions, our close contacts with international law firms help us to include experienced colleagues from the countries involved. We regard ourselves as your competent contact partner in all questions that arise during the preliminary stages of a transaction, in the transaction phase itself and in the subsequent integration phase.

Support in the preliminary stages of a transaction, confidentiality and exclusivity agreements, letters of intent (LoI), and memoranda of understanding (MoU)
