We are a team of experienced lawyers and tax advisors. We serve national and international clients in the most important questions of commercial and taxation law. Our client structure is composed primarily of medium-sized, predominantly owner-managed and family companies with national and international background. We also advise partners, shareholders, board members, managers, supervisory boards, advisory boards and other executives. We also concentrate on advising insolvency administrators, credit institutes and investors. Of course, young, courageous entrepreneurs and start-ups are more than welcome too.

The founding team of THEOPARK consists of five lawyers and one tax advisor. The founding partners were all partners or associate partners of a large, internationally active commercial law firm, four of them were heads of practice groups and one of them was a branch manager.

The founding team of THEOPARK has had many years of professional experience totaling more than 70 years in international consultations related to commercial law, with extensive expertise in directing complex, interdisciplinary, frequently cross-border projects.

The partners of THEOPARK also serve as instructors at internal and external professional training sessions on a regular basis.
