Collective Employment Law

We advise employers on all aspects of collective employment law and provide practical guidance on the rights and obligations of works councils, staff councils, employee representative bodies and parties to collective bargaining agreements. Our work includes the drafting and negotiation of works agreements, service agreements and collective bargaining agreements as well as representation in negotiations, conciliation committee proceedings and other collective employment matters.
